Your Mission

As a Legal Operations Specialist, you will handle contract drafting, compliance checks, and legal coordination for Allocator One’s global activities. You will provide regional coverage as part of a rotation, ensuring legal support is always available across time zones.

• Draft, review, and standardize agreements for sponsorships, vendors, and partners.
• Support compliance processes and document due diligence.
• Provide quick legal insights to operational and executive teams across regions.
• Maintain an organized digital repository of legal templates and signed contracts.
• Coordinate with external counsel when needed.
• Participate in daily handovers to ensure global continuity of legal support.

• Law degree with 3+ years of professional experience (corporate or commercial law).
• Strong understanding of international contracts and cross-border compliance.
• Fluent in English (C1 required), other languages are an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, responsive, and comfortable working autonomously.
• Prior experience in remote or international environments preferred.

Competitive monthly package between $2,500 – $2,800 USD, depending on experience.
