To scale our mission, we are looking for a Head of Growth who is not only data-driven but also entrepreneurial, creative, and execution-oriented.
Tasks
With your founder-minded profile, capable of taking the company to the next level while assuming full ownership of growth, you will be responsible for strategy, planning, execution, and optimization of all acquisition and conversion efforts across channels — both digital and through strategic partnerships
You’ll start by working with our data and refine the approach towards how we collect, interpret, and act on data, identifying the most promising growth opportunities. You’ll then build scalable growth playbooks across paid channels, own platforms, and for innovative partner integrations.This is not a typical “marketing only” role, you’ll also collaborate with our product and engineering team to unlock growth via technology: APIs, smart landing pages, conversion funnels, partnerships, and more.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the entire user acquisition funnel: from awareness creation to activation till retention
- Identify, build and activate partnerships to unlock new growth channels
- Create and scale lifecycle marketing
- Lead and optimize all performance channels (Google, Meta, Affiliates, Programmatic, SEO, others)
- Support product conversion (CVR) with our product, design and CS teams
- Define creative campaigns that increase brand awareness & share of mind
- Partner with our product & data experts to run rapid experiments (landing pages, features, integrations)
- Create repeatable growth playbooks and share learnings across the company
- Lead, mentor and develop a team of 3-4 internal members and manage our external digital agencies
Requirements
- An entrepreneurial person with a proven track record on hyper growth, especially in a scale up environment
- 5+ years in growth, user acquisition, or digital marketing — ideally in scale-ups, or digital marketplaces
- Proven success managing large budgets and improving CAC, ROAS, LTV incl. retention
- Strong command of performance marketing and conversion rate optimization
- Comfortable with external tools like GA4, Looker or internal tools like own ERP/CRM
- Experience leading growth teams and working cross-functionally
- Analytical mindset, creative thinking and strong interpersonal skills
- Experience leading data analytics and BI within the company
- Fluent in English and German (French is a plus)
