Aluminium Systems Design Engineer (Door & Windows)

We are looking for Experts with international experience!

The work is onsite and located in Tashkent, Uzbekistan and we cover all expenses (if you are ready to relocate, please apply to vacancy)

• Executing the full cycle of research, development, and engineering of complex aluminum profiles based on advanced technical specifications.
• Design and develop Aluminium profile systems (for windows & doors);
• Create 3D models and technical drawings (SolidWorks, AutoCAD);
• Prepare technical documentation for production and molds;
• Collaborate with mold suppliers and manufacturing plants;
• Collaborating closely with manufacturing, tooling, and technological departments to optimize production processes and eliminate design errors;
• Analyze and improve profile systems for strength and thermal performance;
• Develop assembly guides and specifications;
• Support product testing and implement design improvements.

• Higher technical degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, Product Design, or a related engineering discipline;
• 3+ years of experience in Aluminium profile design;
• Proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD;
• Knowledge of profile reinforcement and thermal engineering;
• Professional English (Russian is a plus);
• Comprehensive understanding of aluminum alloy behavior during high-pressure extrusion and die-performance optimization;
• Expert-level command of professional CAD and simulation software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Compass-3D, or specialized extrusion simulation tools;
• Deep knowledge of international engineering standards, tolerances, fits, and technical regulations.

• Stable schedule: Mon–Fri, 9:00–18:00.
