Brand Manager (for Engelberg - Premium brand for window and door systems)

Engelberg brand. We are looking for Experts with international experience in premium companies specializing in architectural systems for windows, doors, and facades!

The work is onsite and located in Tashkent, Uzbekistan and we cover all expenses (if you are ready to relocate, please apply to vacancy)

• Lead the strategic transformation from a regional brand to a premium lifestyle brand capable of competing with top-tier global players.
• Define and implement positioning for our premium systems to ensure effective competition with European Tier-1 brands.
• Translate complex engineering advantages (thermal efficiency, acoustics, aesthetics) into compelling brand narratives for both B2B and B2C audiences.
• Develop and execute exclusive brand events, showroom concepts, and marketing tools for the global architectural community.
• Conduct in-depth competitor analysis to maintain a strong "challenger" edge in new and existing international markets.

• 3+ years of experience in brand management or marketing specifically within Schüco, Reynaers, Rehau, Metal Yapi, or their direct premium competitors.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Management, or Business Administration.
• Proven track record of managing premium industrial brands across multiple regions (Europe, MENA, or CIS).
• Native or near-native proficiency in English (C1/C2 level).
• Proficiency in Russian or Turkish will be a significant advantage.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to inspire teams and mentor subordinates.

• Apartment with all conditions, company car, meals, transportation coverage.
• Stable schedule: Mon–Fri, 9:00–18:00.
