JOB DESCRIPTION
The Administrative Specialist & Executive Support role provides high-level administrative, operational, and HR support to the local management team, ensuring the efficient and professional operation of the AIRNA Tübingen site.
This position serves as a key coordination hub across Germany and the US, supporting leadership in calendar and meeting management, travel logistics, purchasing, reporting, and selected human resources processes.
The successful candidate will bring strong organizational capabilities, discretion, and a proactive mindset to support a fast-growing, international biotech environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including:
Coordinate with US HR and external German HR/payroll providers.
Support recruitment coordination, including:
Support implementation of HR policies, trainings, and employee communications.
QUALIFICATIONS
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
Relevant experience in executive assistance, office management, or HR administration. Experience supporting senior leadership in an international environment. Prior exposure to HR processes in Germany (highly desirable). Experience in a fast-paced biotech or life sciences start-up. Background supporting globally distributed teams (US/EU).
The position is based in Tübingen, Germany, and requires 100% presence on site..
