We are seeking an **experienced and strategic-minded** individual to join our team as the full-time Chief Financial Officer (CFO). As CFO, you will play a pivotal role in **shaping the financial strategies and ensuring the financial health and stability of AIKO**. You will work closely with the executive team and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.

## Tasks

*   **Financial Strategy**: Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with AIKO's long-term goals, ensuring financial stability, growth, and profitability. 
*   **Financial Planning and Analysis:** Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling processes. Provide accurate and timely financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to support decision-making. 
*   **Funding and Investor Relations**: Support the CEO in overseeing capital raising efforts, including fundraising rounds, grants, and strategic partnerships. Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential investors. 
*   **Financial Operations:** Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, tax, treasury, and cash flow management. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements. 
*   **Risk Management:** Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks. Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to safeguard the company's financial assets and reputation. 
*   **Financial Reporting:** Prepare and present financial reports, statements, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to the executive team, board of directors, and external stakeholders. 
*   **Team Leadership:** Manage and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Provide mentorship and guidance to team members.

## Requirements

*   **Education**: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, management engineering or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred. 
*   **Experience**: Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership position (CFO, VP Finance, etc.), preferably in the technology or aerospace industry. International experience is a plus. 
*   **Financial Expertise**: Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis. Experience in fundraising, investor relations, and managing financial operations. 
*   **Strategic Vision:** Proven ability to develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business objectives. Ability to think strategically and provide insightful financial analysis and recommendations. 
*   **Leadership Skills**: Excellent leadership and people management skills. Ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve goals, foster innovation, and drive results. 
*   **Analytical Skills:** Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and draw actionable insights. 
*   **Communication Skills:** Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to present financial information clearly and effectively to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
