Aiducation International is looking for a deeply passionate, entrepreneurial driven & impact rooted professional who is looking for a new platform to apply long-standing business skills and capabilities to a purpose with maximum impact on human growth, based in Switzerland.

## Tasks

*   The Aiducation International President represents our organization to the outside, acts as door opener, connects us to high-profile corporate (foundation) partners and foundations. 
*   Internally, the President provides guidance and serves as a source of inspiration and energy.
*   Our president defends our strong values as well as Aiducation’s  
    vision and is passionate about education.
*   Together with the other board members, the President is also responsible for general oversight, risk management and internal controls of the organization.

## Requirements

We are looking for a deeply passionate, entrepreneurial driven & impact rooted professional who is looking for a new platform to apply long-standing business skills and capabilities to a purpose with maximum impact on human growth. Ideally you bring:

*   **Strong network:** Large personal and professional network of decision makers across industries in the corporate world, with foundations and/or the NPO sector.
*   **Strategic mindset:**  
    Experience in (business) strategy and comfort in navigating uncertainty. Out-of-the-box thinking, experience in developing and shaping companies.
*   **Collaborative/Team skills:**  
    Team player and strong listening skills, empathy, ability to find and drive consensus within a group of strong individuals, strong discussion culture. Energy and inspiration.
*   **Board experience:** Ability and willingness to chair, lead, and grow the organization as presiding board member.
