The Role We're looking for a detail-oriented Sales Support to provide vital assistance to our sales team. You'll be responsible for preparing quotations, managing sales documentation, and ensuring smooth communication between clients, suppliers, and internal teams — helping the team focus on building relationships and driving revenue.
Tasks
- Prepare and process sales quotations and proposals
- Manage and maintain accurate sales documentation and records
- Coordinate communication between clients, suppliers, and internal teams
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks and follow-ups
- Help streamline and improve sales processes
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good written and verbal communication in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Experience in interiors, construction, or design industry is a plus
