Why You’re Seeing This Vacancy

We’re expanding our North American team and are looking for a new Account Executive to strengthen our presence in the region. Ideally, you’re based in the Toronto area, but remote work is absolutely possible. No matter where you are, you’ll feel part of our multicultural Aexus community.

Tasks

Role description

As an Account Executive, you will introduce three highly innovative software technology solutions to the North American market. You’ll work closely with your partners at a strategic level and drive new business activities from day one.

Your Responsibilities

  • Defining a joint go‑to‑market strategy and business plan with your partners
  • Initiating and managing multi‑level sales processes, from first contact to closing
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with partners and prospects
  • Guiding partners in identifying verticals, ICPs, and market positioning
  • Collaborating closely with your Sales Manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
  • 2+ years of B2B full‑cycle sales experience, preferably in tech/SaaS at enterprise level
  • Strong understanding of the North American market and business culture
  • Experience with online prospecting, lead generation, strategic cold calling, and closing deals
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong partner relationships
  • Goal‑oriented, driven, organized, and highly motivated
  • Creative thinker with an affinity for innovative and disruptive technology
  • Independent self‑starter and reliable team player rusted team member.
