**About Aella Creative Force:**

We are seeking a Sales Development Representative Intern to support our sales and marketing efforts. This role will involve prospecting for new clients, generating leads, and assisting in the development of marketing strategies.

## Tasks

*   Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
*   Support the outreach and follow-up process with prospects through email and phone communication.
*   Perform Cold call activities for Lead generation.
*   Compile solution packages for potential clients.
*   Updating our CRM (HubSpot) to make sure our reports and data are kept up to date.

## Requirements

*   Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*   Organized approach: can set priorities, work to deadlines, and manage multiple tasks.
*   Solution-focused approach and able to ‘think on their feet.’
*   Drive for overachieving targets.
*   Fluent English speaker.
*   Hold a valid work permit for Ireland.
*   6 months minimum internship
*   Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service.
*   Knowledge of outbound strategies & email sequences.
