About Aegis Renewable Energy, LLC

Aegis Renewable Energy, LLC develops, designs, installs, and maintains clean energy systems throughout the northeastern United States as a full-service renewable energy system engineering, procurement, and construction company. Since its founding in 2011, Aegis has completed over fifty solar projects throughout New England, including three community solar farms for Acorn Energy in Addison County, Vermont and two solar arrays for Lawson’s Finest Liquids brewery and taproom in Waitsfield, Vermont.

What you will do

As a Logistics Analyst, you will manage supply chain operations and freight movements supporting our solar installations across the northeastern United States. You will coordinate material deliveries for projects such as commercial arrays and community solar farms, ensuring components reach sites on schedule. This remote role requires managing inventory tracking, carrier relationships, and shipment documentation from a home office.

What the role requires

We are looking for someone with a strong background in warehouse logistics, supply chain management, or freight coordination. Experience within renewable energy, construction, or manufacturing sectors is valuable for understanding specialized equipment transport needs. You should be comfortable working independently in a remote environment, organizing complex shipping schedules, and communicating effectively with vendors and project teams.

Your first months at Aegis Renewable Energy, LLC

During your first months, you will take on the day-to-day coordination of equipment shipments for active New England solar projects. You will quickly learn our supply chain workflows, establish direct contact with our core freight carriers, and optimize delivery schedules for ongoing installations. By the end of this period, you will have streamlined material tracking across our active sites.

Compensation

The pay rate for this role is USD 38–49 per hour.
