As the Contemporary Worship Leader, you will shape and guide the vision, coordination, and experience of contemporary worship at ECOB.

- Lead the congregation in worship and direct the flow and elements of the contemporary worship service. Create an atmosphere where freedom in the Spirit is felt and seen.

- For each week's service, build the worship presentation on Easy Worship or other presentation software. This includes announcement graphics, countdown videos, and song slides.
- Participate, along with the Director of Spiritual Formation, in the design/decoration of the stage to keep it fresh, orderly, and connected to the church's current season or emphasis.
- Recruit and/or develop new musicians, singers, and tech team members sufficient to carry out the service's weekly needs and prepare for future needs.
- Oversees the Youth Band and develops vocalists and instrumentalists to create a pathway to serving in the church.
- In consultation with the Director of Spiritual Formation, develop a yearly budget for the contemporary worship and follow the financial guidelines for purchases.
