MEET YOUR TEAM: MARKETING
The Marketing team hosts the storytellers of adjoe's innovation. We turn complex adtech solutions - rooted in data and strategy - into compelling stories that resonate across the mobile advertising industry and beyond.
Through our events, visual design, and strategic content, we take adjoe's vision at the intersection of technology, user engagement, and marketing and make it tangible. All while building a community of forward-thinking industry leaders around our brand.
As a Graphic Designer, you will work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to create various collateral, including presentations, web pages, merchandise, and one-pagers. You will support the team in transforming complex concepts or text into appealing visuals.
What You Will Do:
- Work collaboratively and independently with the marketing team to create a unified brand identity.
- Create personalized presentations with a business understanding in mind.
- Take ownership of developing a visual brand concept that can be seen across all sales collateral, webpages, client facing dashboards, social channels and newsletters.
- Work with performance marketers to create ads to increase brand awareness and drive inbound sales leads.
- You actively research design trends and the competitor design landscape to drive ideas for the adjoe brand identity.
- Support adjoe team in learning design best practices and grow internal brand awareness.
Who You Are:
- You gained experience in a comparable position for at least 2-4 years.
- You have the ability to independently transform product concepts, user flows, and other complex tech concepts into compelling visuals.
- You have experience building a visual brand identity based on company values from the ground up and thrive in an independent working environment.
- You are a proactive thinker and designer.
- You have strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- You have strong knowledge of Figma
- You are extremely organized and can work on multiple varying projects at once.
- Bonus - Familiarity with Wordpress, UX/UI, or content creation experience.
