## Tasks

*   Build and maintain customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and identify new sales opportunities
*   Proactively respond to customer inquiries and complaints to resolve issues quickly
*   Support in the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve sales targets
*   Identifying and acquiring new customers and business opportunities
*   Conducting sales meetings, product presentations, proposal preparation and contract negotiations
*   Analyzing market and competitive data to identify trends and opportunities
*   Preparing sales reports and assisting with forecasts and budget plans
*   Working with the marketing team to develop sales promotions
*   Supporting the senior sales team with key accounts and complex projects
*   Participate in internal meetings and trainings to further develop skills

## Requirements

*   Degree in business administration, marketing, communication or a comparable field of study
*   First professional experience in sales or account management, ideally in the IT or telecommunications industry
*   Strong communication and negotiation skills
*   High customer orientation and a self-confident manner
*   Independent, proactive and goal-oriented way of working
*   Ability to work in a team and flexibility
*   Very good written and spoken German and English skills
*   Confident handling of MS Office and ideally experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce
