acemate is on a mission to democratize access to personalized education. Our AI learning platform transforms uploaded documents into exams, mind maps, and more, providing university students with a personalized learning experience and real-time feedback. We also help educators automate content creation and enhance engagement, partnering with leading German universities – including TU Munich, TU Berlin and University of Cologne. Built by founders with previous experience at BCG, Antler, BMW, SAP and N26, we have secured pre-seed funding and are excited to find new team members to join our mission.

## Tasks

As a Founder’s Associate Intern and first non-technical team member, you will assist us in shaping the strategy and direction of our company. You will have the opportunity to work directly with [Antong](https://www.linkedin.com/in/antongyin/) (CEO) and [Paul](https://www.linkedin.com/in/paulstefanherman/) (CPO), be at the center of strategic decision-making and drive our go-to-market endeavors. This role offers a unique opportunity to build and scale a product from the ground up.

You will:

*   Work closely with our CEO and CPO to shape strategic business opportunities
*   Independently plan, steer and execute strategic projects
*   Assist in our GTM strategy by analyzing market trends, competitor activities and stay up to date with the changing edtech landscape
*   Leverage product data to drive targeted growth strategies and optimize monetization
*   Implement our marketing strategy, including social media management, content creation, community building, and organizing events
*   Drive sales activities by identifying leads, executing outreach strategies and tracking follow-up efforts
*   Support the founders in their daily operations

## Requirements

*   You’re studying business, STEM, or any related major
*   Preferably, you have experience in startups, consulting, growth or other relevant work environments
*   You’re basically a Swiss army knife, covering a variety of roles
*   You have an entrepreneurial spirit with a “getting things done” mentality
*   You’re data-driven, analytical and have strong attention to detail
*   You’re fluent in German and English
