With our app, we make the lives of self-employed people a lot easier by making their tax hassles simple and stress-free. Our team is booming and we are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Customer Success Officer to join us in making this mission a reality.
Tasks
Operations (80% of your time)
- As a Junior Customer Success Officer (Tax Coach), you are the first help for tax questions. Via chat, email, phone or video call, you assist our users.
 - You support the community with demos, webinars and drafting FAQs.
 - You act as a bridge between self-employed users and our product team, both for passing on new ideas and resolving issues.
 
Projects (20% of your time)
- You devise strategies to retain and persuade users to subscribe and submit taxes with us.
 - You contribute to improving our UX and work closely with the marketing team.
 
Requirements
- You are a native Dutch speaker and fluent in English.
 - You have an eye for detail and always focus on quality.
 - You are strong in communication and know exactly how to help and convince our customers.
 - You can work well independently, but also function well in a team.
 - You feel completely at home in the energetic and rapidly changing environment of a start-up.
 - You have a practical attitude, get to work immediately and see opportunities everywhere.
 - Financial knowledge is an advantage, but not a requirement - we will quickly bring you up to speed during your onboarding.
