A Diversity & Inclusion Manager’s main responsibility is to ensure that a diverse and fair workforce is being created. They will work on safety and wellbeing for minority groups in a business, address any issues that may arise in relation to that and ensure that all job ads are being written with inclusive and fair language. They will sit within the HR team and work closely with the hiring managers from each team.
