Writing job ads is hard work, especially now we’re living within such a fast paced and exponential society. What’s the difference between Growth Marketing and a Marketing Manager, anyway? Don’t Community Managers and Social Media Managers do essentially the same tasks?

In short; Growth Marketing is about improving your KPIs, SEO manager is more specialised in the field, a Community Manager looks after customer care, a Social Media manager looks after your online, the Marketing Manager will help steer your departments ship.

  • The Growth Marketing Manager focuses on the growth of paid marketing channels, namely SEM and SEA.
  • Your Marketing Manager will focus on the overall strategy and is in control of budgeting and brand consistency. 
  • An SEO Manager is responsible for the improvement of organic traffic, rankings, and click through rates.
  • Your Community Manager is your people person, communicates with customers and looks to improve product features. 
  • The Social Media Manager organises posting schedules and ideation of content.

· Work closely together with our PR communications, Content and Community Management teams to innovate and improve our social media strategies.
· Plan content and schedule posts for our social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok and YouTube.

· Engage with our customers through our platforms and always represent our brand in a positive and friendly manner.

· Consult with our external agencies to align on growth targets.
· Be the first point of contact for most of our customers and help engage with them positively.

Requirements

· 2+ years experience in Social Media Management. It would be beneficial if you also come from a content creation background.
· Knowledge with using different analytics tools including Google Analytics, Adwords, Hootsuite and Falcon.
· Great content writing skills, it would be a bonus if you also have experience in creating small graphics and visuals.
· Basic understanding of web design.
· Outstanding communication skills both online and offline.
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks.
· Experience with community management strategies.
· English language skills are a must, any other language skills would be a bonus.
