General questions

Your email address changed? At the moment, the only way to adjust your email address in JOIN is creating a new employee account and — in case you are the account owner — transferring the ownership rights of your company account to it.

Sounds complicated? Don’t worry, it can be done quite easily:

You will find all your JOIN invoices digitized in a central location in the Company settings area of your dashboard. To view them, please proceed as follows:

  1. Click Settings on the left of your dashboard.
  2. Select “Billing”.

Here you finally have the possibility to view, download or print your billing documents for both Premium Job Ads and Subscriptions.

The topic of data protection is becoming increasingly important, and JOIN assigns the highest priority to this issue.
