Will an applicant receive a rejection email if he/she gets marked “not qualified” subsequently?

Answer

Sometimes it happens that applicants who seem to fit at first sight have to be rejected after an interview or a work sample.

For this case, you will find an automated message in the “Company” section of your dashboard with the title “Disqualified during process”.

To make use of this message, please proceed as follows:

  1. Click “Company” in your Recruiter dashboard on the left.
  2. Select “Automated messages” from the menu at the top.
  3. Activate the message with the title “Disqualified during process”.

Of course, you can also customize this message according to your needs.

Attention:

If the message is not activated, applicants who have been marked “unqualified” later during the process will not receive an automatic rejection email.

You need to subsequently disqualify an applicant who was originally marked as “qualified”? In the “Company” section of your dashboard, you can initiate the necessary steps to send a rejection automatically with just a few clicks.
