What if I don’t receive a Magic Link?

Usually, the Magic Link email will arrive very quickly. In case of trouble receiving the email, please proceed as follows:
- Check your spam folder for an email from [email protected].
- Add (or ask your email provider to add) our sending domain (join.com) to your email contact list and try again.
- Contact JOIN support.
