My verification link has expired. What can I do?

Answer

To verify your account anyway, please follow the steps below:

  1. request new link by logging in to your JOIN account

  2. open incognito window in your browser → To do this, open a new tab and press Ctrl+Shift+N (Windows) or Command+Shift+N (Mac) to open an incognito window in your browser. For the mobile version: tap the three-dot menu to the right of the address bar and select “New Incognito Tab”.

  3. copy the link from the email and paste into the incognito window. Please also check your spam folder for the email.

  4. verify your account.

If you still have a problem, you can also try clearing the cache and cookies in your browser or updating your browser.
