How do I connect my JOIN account to Facebook?

Answer

To strengthen your employer branding and ensure job seekers find your jobs also through your social presence, you can easily connect your JOIN account to your Facebook page. We show you how to manage it quickly and easily with just a few clicks and step by step.

Part 1 — Insert Facebook URL into JOIN

In your JOIN account, you only need to enter the address of your Facebook page under “External profiles”. To do this, please proceed as follows:

  1. Log into your JOIN account.
  2. Visit “Company” and click “External Profiles”.
  3. Enter the address of your Facebook page into the provided field.
  4. Click “Save Changes”.

It might take a few hours for Facebook to establish a link with your JOIN account, but it should not take longer than a day. If you don't see the option to connect your JOIN account as instructed below, please try again later.

Part 2 — Connect with API Source on Facebook

For this step, please ensure that you have admin rights for your Facebook page, or ask the help of a colleague who does.

  1. Go to your company Facebook page, click on “More” and select “Jobs”.
  2. Under “Jobs From API Sources”, you should find “JOIN Solutions AG” with the “Pending” status. Select “Connect” to complete the process.

Done! Jobs you post on JOIN will now automatically appear in the Jobs tab of your Facebook page.
