How can I change my email address in my recruiter account?


Your email address changed? At the moment, the only way to adjust your email address in JOIN is creating a new employee account and — in case you are the account owner — transferring the ownership rights of your company account to it. Sounds complicated? Don’t worry, it can be done quite easily:

  1. Click your name in the bottom left corner of your dashboard.
  2. Choose “Company settings” in the pop-up menu.
  3. Click “Team” in the navigation menu on the left.
  4. Click “Invite members”, insert your new email address, and hit “Send invitation”.
  5. You will receive an email to activate your account.
  6. Activate and set up your new employee account.
  7. Contact us via Customer Care Chat to transfer the account ownership rights to the new account.

That’s it already. After successfully transferring the owner rights, you will find the blue owner badge on your new account in the team overview. If necessary, you can remove the previous account via the cross symbol on the right.
