How can I add a candidate?

You would also like to manage candidates who didn't submit their application via JOIN? No problem at all thanks to our manual candidate import feature. 

To manually add further candidates, just follow these steps:

  • Click "Jobs" on the left of your dashboard.
  • Select the corresponding job by clicking on it.
  • Click "Add candidate" top right. On smaller screens, this button is displayed as "+".
  • Enter the candidate's name, e-mail address and telephone number.
  • Attach application documents and confirm the import.

That's it. The manually imported candidate is then displayed in the list of applicants and recruiters can interact with them in the same way as with any other application, e.g. qualify or reject them.

Attention!

Manually added candidates do not receive automated messages. Separate emails must be sent to inform these candidates that their application has been received or rejected.
