Do I need to complete my JOIN account?

You don't have to store any data at JOIN - it is not mandatory.
However, we recommend you to do so. Recruiters can see the data directly when they click on your application and get a better impression of you and your skills. In addition, this only needs to be done once, as the data is also stored for new applications.
