Meet the team

As a part of our agile cross-functional Engineering team, you will own a variety of tasks with one eye on the customer and the other on creating fast and reliable code. You will develop concepts, build solutions and manufacture prototypes. There’s a purpose in everything we do, and we’re very passionate about our mission of creating the best job ads on the market. We’re looking for minds and makers that value getting things done. Someone who wants to be part of the experience of building a new product from the ground up, not just maintaining something that already exists.

Your route to JOIN

We are always looking for great people to work with us. Join an enthusiastic team and work with us on our mission of bringing people together.

    Assessment

    If you like us and we think there's a fit, we'll invite you to complete an assessment to help us gain a deeper understanding of your skill set.

  • Step 3 -
    Screening Interview

    If we find a potential match, we’ll schedule a video chat where you'll have the opportunity to introduce yourself, and to learn more about the role you've applied for and what it's like to work at JOIN.

  • Step 4 -
    Technical Interview

    If selected to advance in the process, we'll invite you to a video interview with potential teammates to talk through your capabilities, experience level and fit for our culture.

  • Step 5 -
    Offer

    If we think you would be successful at JOIN, and you feel the same about us, we will extend an offer! Once you accept it, we will move forward to the signing of the contract and preparations for your start date.

  • Step 6 -
    On-boarding

    Welcome to JOIN! Our team will guide you through a carefully designed on-boarding program to introduce you to our product, our culture, and our code.
