Tasks
- Lead and manage an international team of 15 sales agents
- Monitor results and team performance on a daily basis
- Recognise and address needs for coaching and training
- Be responsible for the progress of your team and developing each member
- Enhance and develop the sales process
- Work closely with our CEO and COO to design strategies and tackle any and all obstacles
Requirements
- You have led a sales team of at least 8 team members in an environment driven by numbers and metrics
- You have a minimum of 3 years of experience coaching, developing and motivating a team
- You’re a natural-born salesperson
- You have excellent communication and leadership skills
- You’re analytical and goal-oriented
- You’re proactive and find innovative solutions to develop and reach your team’s individual and overall KPIs
- You are organized and have great time management skills
- Fluent German & English peaking and writing
