We’re looking for a confident Customer Service Specialist that enjoys teamwork with a get-things-done attitude and a passion for making clients happy, as we grow in the US market.

• Act as our customers primary point of contact
• Be a part of an unbelievably motivated team that enjoys teamwork, and delivering the best guidance to our customers
• Develop rapport with our customers in all interactions; offer solutions - not excuses
• Assist our clients by turning their boat holiday dreams into a reality
• Channel feedback from your customers back to the product team to influence our product development
• Proactively improve processes for you and your team
