Our clients include start-ups as well as large companies, federal offices, associations, NGOs and universities. Our portfolio includes assignments for the Swiss Youth Hostels, Mobiliar, the Federal Office for the Environment, the Universities of Basel and Bern, politools (Smartvote) and many more.

As an international team, our internal company language is English, but most of our team members and clients speak German.

As a full-stack developer, you work in a small agile team together with the product owner, designer and other developers. You take responsibility for the precise, but holistically thought-out implementation of requirements, any clarification of requirements with the product owner and the exchange and coordination with the other developers.

• You are very familiar with the basic web technologies HTML, CSS and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• You have at least 3 years of experience in one of the following technologies: React (Next.js), React Native, Angular, Ruby on Rails, Node.js, Python, Rust, GraphQL, REST, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift.
• You are a fast learner and like to acquire new knowledge independently.
• You are used to taking responsibility for your work, understand requirements quickly and are not afraid to critically question them.
• You are motivated to contribute your own ideas and opinions to an ambitious, talented team.
• You understand German and/or English very well and can express yourself confidently in both languages, orally and in writing (~C1)
