With 50 employees and offices in Zürich, Vienna, and Munich, Yokoy has big ambitions to expand further within Europe and intercontinentally. In order to achieve these high ambitions and continue scaling our company, we are currently growing our strong team of analytical, curious, creative, and experienced marketers. A crucial role in driving sustainable revenue growth for the company across markets will play the new Head of Deman Generation reporting directly to the CMO.

Tasks

  • Develop and execute effective and sustainable online and offline demand generation programs with an emphasis on inbound lead generation, pipeline creation, and nurturing prospects to drive the successful execution of the programs across the prospect’s and customer’s lifecycle to achieve revenue targets
  • Create and deploy a scalable demand generation methodology across the organization
  • Build up and own KPIs, dashboards, and reports that allow forecasting, analyze and reporting on the revenue impact and ROI of marketing activities
  • Develop, manage and forecast the budget for digital and offline campaigns
  • Closely monitor campaigns and their effectiveness and use your strong analytical skills to understand the pipeline impact of campaigns and make recommendations for optimization, long-tail strategies, and future performance improvements
  • Hire, lead and empower exceptional campaign managers and other revenue marketing team members to drive market awareness and demand
  • Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to establish goals, objectives, and overarching marketing programs and campaigns
  • Partner with sales on customer acquisition strategy to deliver on marketing-influenced revenue targets
  • Get regional customer insights and use these to optimize the customer journey to maximize ROI
  • Enhance and optimize the marketing tech stack to have a 360 view on ROI

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience driving revenue impact through successful lead generation & nurturing and integrated marketing campaigns
  • Hypergrowth SaaS experience is a MUST
  • Experience in building up, leading, and empowering a high-impact marketing team
  • Great expertise in analytics and deriving actionable insights from complex data
  • Experience in account-based marketing tactics
  • Familiarity with product marketing, performance marketing, and paid media towards lead generation
  • Experience in marketing automation (tools)
  • You have an obsession with hitting KPIs
  • A no-job-is-too-difficult-or-too-small-attitude
