We are looking for a confident individual to coordinate and execute daily business as a central hub in our rapidly expanding Card Operations business. In Credit Card Operations, you will be in daily contact with our customers, as well as the first point of contact for their inquiries regarding our corporate credit card service offerings (in Switzerland and abroad).

This is your unique chance to shape the Credit Card Operations area of a FinTech and to bring your Operations Know How to the next level in direct customer contact and under high frequency.

Tasks

The Customer Success team is responsible for the entire customer lifecycle after a contract is signed. We currently work in four areas: Yokoy Solutions, Enablement & Growth, Customer Care, and the Yokoy Academy. As a Credit Card Operations Specialist, you will take full ownership of activating our Yokoy credit cards in our customers' accounts, as well as communicating with our partner banks along the entire credit card lifecycle. As part of this, you will work closely with our team members in Onboarding and Account Management, whose projects you will support specifically for the set-up of our credit cards. Customer Care will also need your expertise in the area of Yokoy credit cards. Your daily tasks will include:

  • Ownership of incoming requests to set up Yokoy Cards, including the initiation of account opening with our partners.
  • Yokoy SPOC to our partner banks along with the account opening and card activation process
  • Answering and processing customer inquiries regarding Yokoy Credit Cards in Switzerland and abroad as well as other operational issues
  • Internal Knowledge Lead in Credit Cards Operations as direct support to our Head of Customer Success and the CFO

Requirements

You also bring the following:

  • Work experience of at least two years in an operational area (ideally Card Operations) of a bank, insurance company, or FinTech
  • Operational experience with a high turnover of external customer inquiries and internal clarifications from the team
  • Ability to handle a variety of tasks at a high frequency
  • Structured and detail-oriented approach to work
  • Fluency in Dutch and English
