Yokoy is an award-winning Swiss FinTech company that leverages Artificial Intelligence to fully automate spend management (expenses, supplier invoices, and corporate credit/debit cards) for midsize and large corporations globally. With 100 employees and offices in Amsterdam, Zürich, Vienna, and Munich, Yokoy already operates globally and has big ambitions to expand within Europe and intercontinentally.

In order to achieve these high ambitions and continue scaling our company we are currently growing our strong team of analytical, curious, creative, and experienced marketers.

As CMO Support & Project Manager you will have the chance to work closely with our CMO and leave your footprint in the startup scene.

Tasks

  • Operational support, managing day to day tasks of the CMO organisation including leadership team management, meeting preparation, agenda setting and ensuring follow-through on actions and initiatives
  • Serve as an assistant to the CMO, ensuring timely receipt of inputs for key decisions are received, analysing such data (including budget, reportings) and making recommendations where required
  • Project management of often cross-functional and organization-wide projects and/or work streams
  • Content creation for CMO as required- presentations, updates etc.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks to support CMO and marketing team

Requirements

  • Super organised, extremely versatile, dedicated to efficient productivity
  • Curious mind that takes ownership and solves problems, trustworthy and loyal
  • A no-job-is-too-difficult-or-too-small-attitude
  • Project management experience
  • Fluent in English and German
