Yokoy is an award-winning Swiss FinTech company that leverages Artificial Intelligence to fully automate spend management (expenses, supplier invoices, and corporate credit/debit cards) for midsize and large corporations globally. With 100 employees and offices in Amsterdam, Zürich, Vienna, and Munich, Yokoy already operates globally and has big ambitions to expand within Europe and intercontinentally.

Tasks

  • Strategize, plan, enable and monitor the execution of globally integrated marketing campaigns to drive pipeline and generate demand by leveraging and coordinating key channels such as paid ads and media, webinars, direct mail, email, events, and more
  • Run the global campaign cross-functional team to ensure planning and process are aligned across product marketing, demand gen, content, sales, and other teams
  • Lead project management of your campaigns and programs from timeline management to campaign execution, including troubleshooting and reporting
  • Ensure creative excellence, cohesiveness, and quality across campaigns
  • Work closely with product marketing to understand industry trends and messaging themes as the basis of global campaign development
  • Partner with content marketing to create campaign promotion content, such as copywriting for landing pages, email promotions, banners, gated content, etc.
  • Partner with graphic designers to create outstanding media, such as banners, videos, etc.
  • Work closely with regional field marketing to integrate ABM Marketing, BDR and sales approaches for campaigns
  • Provide and collect feedback to/from all stakeholders throughout the campaign process
  • Build up and own KPIs, dashboards, and reports that allow to forecast, analyze and report on the campaign activities
  • Track and report on various aspects of campaign performance and effectiveness and then take actions on the findings maintaining constant improvement
  • Get regional customer insights and use these to optimize campaign performance

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years experience in building and executing integrated campaigns across various tactics and channels
  • A deep understanding of how to create, manage and measure long-running integrated global campaigns
  • Great understanding of balancing the different regional growth objectives while leading with a global mindset
  • You can see the bigger picture as good as translate the objectives into the necessary steps to succeed
  • Strong strategy as well as execution capabilities with a focus on supporting global demand generation goals
  • You love numbers and use your excellent analytical skills to thrive performance
  • Experience leading cross-department teams in a matrix organization
  • Experience working cross-functionally with global peers to drive program creation and success
  • Understanding integrated marketing and the entire marketing mix
  • Proven track record managing multiple priorities with cross-functional teams
  • A no-job-is-too-difficult-or-too-small-attitude
