As Sen. Business Intelligence Manager, you’re reporting directly to the CEO and are responsible to build up the company-wide Business Intelligence center. The role is a crucial position within Yokoy because of our “data-drive” management strategy. The Sen. Business Intelligence Manager will own the group-wide data strategy including data consolidation, data quality and data tool landscape. You’ll enable the CEO to make decisions based on relevant and correct data insights.

Tasks

  • Building up and maintaining the company-wide data warehouse (including feed of relevant data from tools such as CRM, ERP, PM tool, Engineering tool etc.)
  • Introducing a Data Analytics tool on top of the data warehouse with the goals of providing relevant data insights and real-time data access (dashboards) to the CEO and the board of directors
  • Creating CEO dashboards to steer the global company on a strategic level
  • Creating meaningful data insights based on ad hoc requests or strategic/operational initiatives to answer specific questions such as “what attributes of a prospect increase the
    likelihood to win the prospect as a customer?”

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Business Intelligence experience in a fast growing global scaleup company
  • 1+ year (s) of experience in a similar position as described above
  • Relevant education in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics or a similar field
  • Passionate about data science and data-driven-management
  • Ability to answer business questions based on a given data set
  • Understanding the Software-as-a-service Fintech industry is a big plus
  • Speaking German and English on professional level
