We are Berlin based start-up aiming to revolutionize the way we work

  • Management platform for hybrid workspaces (office + remote workplaces)
  • SaaS b2b product to enable transition to NewWork
  • Startups and SMEs as target clients.

Tasks

  • Develop target audience segments of B2B prospects, closely working with marketing.
  • Define sales strategy jointly with the CEO
  • Generating new business leads and building a sales pipeline.
  • Build up sales team
  • Track, analyze, and communicate key sales metrics and business trends, tracking the results and reporting to founders.

Requirements

  • Must have! 3+ years experience in sales with a track record of achieving sales quota (SDR experience is a plus)
  • B2B SaaS experience is a big plus
  • Team lead experience is a plus
  • Analytical and data-driven – you can define KPIs and measure progress/success for your initiatives
  • Entrepreneurial growth mindset
  • You’re pragmatic, agile, high-energy and enjoy multi-tasking
  • Fluency in German and English required
