Tasks

How you can contribute to yamo

  • You are responsible for growing the revenue and meeting sales objectives for our retailers in Germany, Switzerland and Austria - from acquiring new retailers to increasing distribution for existing customers and managing big rollout projects
  • You frequently analyze sales data to proactively tackle arising challenges based on your customer analysis
  • You are the main point of contact for your retailers, you will present and negotiate with them to set the measures to continuously improve the working relationship while serving as the liaison between customers and internal teams
  • You are regularly in contact with sales agencies and in the future with our own sales representatives to assure the growth and best possible experience of your retail outlets

Requirements

What sets you up for success

  • You have 1-3 years experience in key account management, business development, consulting or related fields (knowledge of the German LEH is a plus)
  • Bachelor or Master in Business Administration, Economics, Management, Marketing or similar
  • Native in German and fluent in English
  • You are able to analyze data in Excel and define strategies to grow new and existing retailers
  • You don’t take no as a no and enjoy selling our products to retailers and building a relationship with them
  • You are able to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders during rollout projects and keep a clear head in challenging situations
  • You are self-driven and always have a customer-centric approach
  • Willingness to travel around 10% of the time
