  • You are the one responsible for the organic traffic performance.
  • You are defining yamo’s SEO KPIs.
  • You are the driving force for establishing reports and a KPI framework to provide ongoing insights into domain authority, page authority, traffic, engagement and conversions.
  • You are responsible for identifying SEO growth areas in site structure (Page optimisation, meta tags & meta description, site crawlability, etc).
  • You are the link between the B2C team and the dev team for SEO related topics.
  • You are the lead for tracking SEO, Google Analytics Organic traffic and executing SEO recommendations.
  • You are the one monitoring organic search performance across markets, assessing performance and forecasting growth.
  • You are responsible for yamo’s keyword research and content optimisation (this does not include writing the content, we have copywriters that will do that for you).
  • You have knowledge of Wordpress CMS (or similar) and Search console.
  • You are the owner of the yamo blog and you will define the blog structure/categories and make sure the blog traffic is converted into sales.
  • You are the one responsible for website audits, for performing qualitative technical analysis of websites and by using data driven insights, sharing potential improvement and optimization recommendations.


  • You have a growth and entrepreneurial mindset
  • You are familiar with SEO best practices and an understanding of algorithm ranking factors.
  • You have a proven record of successfully developing SEO strategies and organic traffic growth with 2-4 years experience.
  • You are a dynamic individual, who finds new ways to increase the popularity of yamo even more and bring solutions to the table.
  • Nothing is impossible! You have a can-do attitude and are always finding ways to accomplish your goals.
  • You are self-driven and always have a customer-centric approach.
  • Bachelor or master degree in marketing, business or related fields.
  • Native in German and fluent in English.
