We are currently recruiting for a Business Development Specialist to grow our business beyond existing sales channels. transforming the pleasure industry as it. You should have a strategic and analytical mindset to identify the right opportunities, are enthusiastic to build strong customer relationships while keeping a firm hold on ROI and attribution strategies that meet wider business objectives.

Your responsibilities:

  • Developing and rolling out the strategy for enhancing our business activities in growth areas for eastern Europe
  • Identifying new opportunities and closing new customers from initial contact to pitch presentation, offer creation, contract negotiation and operational onboarding
  • Creating new offers and growth concepts including ideation, business case assessment and operational implementation
  • Managing important key accounts to strengthen existing customer relationships and build up long term partnerships
  • Steering cross-functional projects in close collaboration with the marketing, product and operations team
  • Overseeing the internal business development budget and reporting of key metrics to the management team

Your qualifications:

  • First experience in a business development or sales environment
  • Possess the love to persuade critical voices with convincing arguments and highly motivated to tackle challenges
  • Not afraid to take decisions in the light of uncertainty backed by thorough analysis and research
  • Pragmatic and solution oriented thinker with a creative mindset and strong conceptual as well as implementation skills
  • Degree in management, business administration or economics a plus
  • Extremely well organized and accountable
  • Fluent in English, German or Polish skills would be advantageous
