Our Strategic Account Manager will be the main point of contact on accounts and will take full ownership contract renewals while driving upsell opportunities.
Clients that partner with WorkGenius range across both mid-size and enterprise accounts so at least 3 years of experience in a client facing role is necessary. Our ideal candidate can effectively build relationships and offer guidance for our clients on ways to leverage our digital workforce while ensuring account retention and growth. This role will take on a very consultative approach and requires strong business acumen and client-facing abilities.
