Du bist fokussiert, den Online-Verkauf für unsere Kunden, meist innovative Unternehmen und Startups, voranzutreiben.

Deine Aufgabe besteht nicht nur in der Ausführung , sondern auch darin kreativ Lösungen zu finden und neue Möglichkeiten zu identifizieren, Kunden zu gewinnen, diese zu aktivieren und sicherzustellen, dass sie Kunden bleiben.

Du wirst unsere Kunden und alle Aspekte unseres Geschäfts schnell kennenlernen, daher solltest du eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe haben, digital versiert sein, hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten mitbringen und keine Angst davor haben anzupacken.

Du hast 1-2 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich digitales Marketing / Growth-Marketing in einer Agentur gesammelt und kannst Kampagnenergebnisse vorantreiben (z.B. Daten analysieren, nach Growth-Möglichkeiten suchen etc) und hast kein Problem damit kleinere Kunden selbst zu verwalten.

Tasks

  • Plan, develop and implement growth marketing concepts, strategies and campaigns for startups and established brands
  • Manage client accounts according to client offers, including raising tasks, client calls, providing updates and being the first point of contact for clients
  • Drive campaign performance by understanding business goals, monitoring and steering performance of campaigns to reach these goals
  • Manage a team of specialists to help with tasks, ensuring tasks are completed in line with client expectations, quality, deadlines and budget
  • Work with a range of channels to implement campaigns, including SEO, Google and social ads, email marketing, automation, content marketing, influencers, PR and more
  • Use data to review and analyse client performance, identifying opportunities and improvement areas to help grow clients and allow them to reach their goals
  • Aim to achieve profitability of projects - balancing profitability and client happiness, and ensuring efficient use of internal resources
  • Follow internal account management procedures, including budget controlling, invoicing and billing
  • Drive contract renewal to ensure continuity between projects and continue to new client acquisition

Requirements

  • Strong fundamental account management skills
  • Ability to derive insights, explain technical concepts
  • Ability to pitch ideas and proposals
  • Passion for technology and digital business with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Deep knowledge of at least 1 marketing channel (SEO, Google Ads, social ads, influencers, email, PR, content, Google Analytics) and social media platforms
  • Ability to work with data and analytics
  • Efficient approach to project work, with good logic and ability to work with spreadsheets
  • Great problem solver and an ambitious mindset
  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably some work experience in digital marketing,, data analytics or media
  • Ability to constantly acquire new and relevant skills to maintain the competitive edge
  • Language skills: Native German speaker or fluent business German (C1), English (fluent), all additional languages a plus
