We are seeking an AI Operations Engineer (AI-First Doer) who thrives in the 'vibe coding' era. Reporting directly to the COO, your mission is to hunt down operational friction across every department and build working AI-driven solutions in days, not months. This is not a 'corporate' role or a strategic consulting position. We need a hands-on builder and product-minded creator who can leverage modern AI tools (Claude, Lovable, n8n, etc.) to ship 5 functional MVPs in your first 90 days. You will be the internal 'Hacker in Residence,' responsible for proving value through code and then channeling successful prototypes into our formal enterprise engineering pipeline.
Tareas
- Deep-dive into business units (Finance, Sales, HR) to uncover manual bottlenecks.
- Use LLMs, low-code/no-code AI tools, and automation platforms (n8n, Lovable) to build functional MVPs immediately.
- Own the full lifecycle of internal tools: from discovery and scoping to building and deployment.
- Act as the bridge between business requests and technical builds.
- Document requirements and bridge the gap to official IT/Engineering teams for enterprise scaling.
