As a Junior Project Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific projects within the organization. This role requires developing foundational organizational, communication, and leadership skills, as well as collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Tareas
- Assisting in the development of a project plan that outlines the project's scope, timeline, budget, and required resources for successful completion.
- Supporting the preparation of technical tasks, workflow, and timing planning, as well as coordinating work processes with several teams of external developers and leads from internal departments.
- Facilitating effective communication between all stakeholders, including team members, senior management, and clients.
- Maintaining regular reporting on project status and progress.
- Helping to track project expenses and ensuring that the project stays within budget.
- Assisting in ensuring that the project meets the required quality standards and that all deliverables are completed on time and to the expected quality level.
- Identifying and supporting the management of project stakeholders.
- Ensuring that stakeholders' needs are considered and addressed appropriately throughout the project lifecycle.
- Supporting the management of changes to the project scope, schedule, or budget.
- Helping to ensure that the impact of changes is communicated and understood by all stakeholders.
Requisitos
- Some experience in project management, with a focus on digital.
- Proven organization and attention to detail skills.
- English level C1 or above.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- This position is face-to-face from Monday to Friday (Nuevos Ministerios, Madrid).
