Your Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Plan and execute online events and webinars, in cooperation with other departments
  • Measure and report on performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends, insights, and optimize spend and performance accordingly
  • Design, build and maintain social media presence, focus on (B2B2C) FinTech-sector, while researching for social opportunities
  • Experience on LinkedIn and Xing platforms
  • Responsible for Brand Monitoring, Social Listening, and Sentiment analysis
  • Work with the team to brainstorm new and innovative growth/lead generation strategies
  • Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Collaborate with other internal teams to create landing pages, micro-sites and optimize the user experience
  • Use strong analytical ability to evaluate
    end-to-end customer experience, across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
  • Collaborate and manage agencies, freelancers and media experts to improve marketing results and campaigns

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s degree or similar professional experience in digital marketing
  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience, in a digital marketing or advertising position, ideally in the (B2B) Fintech sector
  • Highly creative with strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Demonstrable experience creating, leading and managing SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate existing and/or potential clients
  • Comfortable with landing pages optimization and automations - funnels and workflows
  • Proficiency in A/B testing and multivariate experiments
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Datastudio, SEMrush, others)
  • Familiar with setting up and optimizing Social Media Ads and Google AdWords campaigns
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • HubSpot experience is a strong plus
  • In-depth expertise on several social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics
  • Language Skills: fluency in German and English

Residence in Munich or the surrounding area is required
