ML Engineer (GenAI / Multi-Modal)

As a Machine Learning Engineer (Multi-Modal), you will be at the forefront of developing and deploying state-of-the-art AI models, focusing on diffusion architectures and multi-modal systems. You have hands-on experience in training and fine-tuning models like Stable Diffusion and ControlNet, and you thrive in implementing the latest research into practical applications.

This role requires not only a strong understanding of model training but also the ability to bring these models to production, ensuring they perform reliably and efficiently.

• Train and fine-tune advanced diffusion models such as Stable Diffusion, Flux.1 and ControlNet to meet specific project needs.
• Implement and experiment with the latest research advancements, including but not limited to LoRA, DoRA and MMDiTs.
• Deploy machine learning models to production environments, ensuring they are scalable, efficient, and maintain high performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers and software developers, to integrate models into the broader platform.
• Continuously monitor, evaluate, and optimize models in production, applying updates and improvements as necessary.
• Stay current with the latest developments in the field of multi-modal machine learning and diffusion models, and actively contribute to the team’s knowledge base.

• You're familiar with diffusion architecture and have independently trained and fine-tuned a SD fine-tune or a controller.
• You enjoy training and fine-tuning models but have no problem deploying machine learning models to production.
• You're capable of implementing the latest research papers, such as DoRA and MMDiTs.
• You have experience in deploying machine learning models to production environments, with a solid understanding of the full ML lifecycle.

• You're proficient in Python and have experience with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools for continuous integration, deployment, and monitoring.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for scalable model training and deployment.
• Knowledge of data engineering practices, particularly in managing and processing large multi-modal datasets.
• Experience with implementing novel architectures and adapting research to fit specific practical needs.
