• Design and implement a scalable operational framework to support the company’s growth
• Analyze and enhance current installation workflows to increase efficiency
• Lead and mentor the blue-collar team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
• Support and execute on our strategic hiring plan to attract, hire, and retain skilled blue-collar workers
• Manage and optimize the supply chain to ensure the timely availability of high-quality materials at the best possible cost
• Oversee the operations budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources

• You bring valuable operations experience from a fast-paced environment, whether in a start-up, scale-up, or another demanding setting
• You are adept at managing complex projects and are comfortable working in constantly changing environments
• You possess a keen interest in sustainability and are driven by a desire to make a tangible impact on the climate-tech landscape
• Proven ability to think strategically, exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex scenarios into actionable solutions
