Sales DACH (6-month internship)

As a future sales professional, you will support the sales team in acquiring new customers and optimizing processes. Here is YOUR chance to explore a wide range of business areas and get involved with varied activities.

Your initial tasks will include:

  • Manage your own leads as well as support team members throughout the B2B sales cycle (qualifying leads, product demo, onboarding, closing deals, etc.)
  • Analyze the market to determine the best sales channels and market opportunities for the team
  • Analyze, create and meet KPIs to achieve team goal
  • Take account management responsibility for new and existing customers
  • Generally responsible for acquiring new customers as well as building long term business relationships


  • Strategic Thinking: Strong quantitative skills and structured thinking to make informed decisions and develop successful strategies
  • Results Oriented: Focus on achieving results and driving growth through effective leadership and strong execution.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with customers, team members and senior management
  • Customer-focused approach: the ability to prioritize customer needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Recently graduated or about to graduate from college
  • German as a native language is required and good English skills.
