• Develop personalized health and wellness plans for students, incorporating dietary recommendations, exercise routines, and mental well-being strategies.
• Collaborate with special education teachers, psychologists, and other staff to integrate health coaching into the students' overall educational and personal development plans.
• Conduct workshops and seminars to educate students and staff about healthy lifestyle choices, including nutrition, stress management, and physical activity.
• Monitor and evaluate students' progress towards their health goals, providing ongoing support and adjusting plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.
• Maintain detailed records of student health plans and progress, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with school policies and regulations.

• Bachelor's degree in health education, nutrition, or a related field.
• Previous experience working with students with learning disabilities is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, parents, and faculty.
• Ability to develop individualized health plans that cater to diverse needs.
• Certification in health coaching or a related area is an asset.
