ValueWorks was founded in 2020 as the first software solution with a real focus on executives as users and offers the intelligent operating system for founders & executive managers. The founders are long-time experts in enterprise software (especially SAP) and top management consulting (Bain & Company, McKinsey) and have mapped their experience into a unique software solution. In the pre-seed funding round, ValueWorks has raised over 700,000 euros and is on its way to the seed round. ValueWorks provides a cloud-based, integrated and intelligent enterprise software that supports the entire management process from planning to reporting to execution (using OKR).

Aufgaben

  • You identify our potential customers as well as establish and drive an appropriate campaign strategy based on your in-depth research of our target groups
  • You actively identify leads and sales opportunities by using your previous experience with inbound leads
  • You set up appointments for the sales team when a lead reaches a qualified stage
  • You optimize your created content with a SEO strategy
  • You actively reach out and initiate relationships with potential customers via outbound prospecting:
    - you send out cold e-mails and make cold calls
    - you contact prospects via a targeted approach with social media
  • You continuously follow up with existing customers and evaluate customer needs
  • You keep our CRM up-to-date to stay current on leads and follow-ups
  • You use relevant tools, e.g. LinkedIn sales navigator
  • You research and evaluate additional leads/prospects through automated tools

Qualifikation

  • You have a deep understanding of SDR including lead-development, best practices and procedures
  • You have a BA in Business or any related field, Master’s degree is a plus
  • You have 2-3 years of experience working in sales
  • You have experience in qualifying and building a pipeline at scale
  • You are comfortable working with modern sales techniques and tools, especially LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • You have a strong entrepreneurial spirit and are willing to take risks and assume responsibility (the ideal candidate is a future founder)
  • You are a self-starter with a track record of outstanding performance and achieving goals
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills are what defines you
  • Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills characterize you perfectly
  • You have a strategic, structured and analytical mindset: you are able to use data to make and drive decisions as well as provide solutions to prospective clients
  • Full proficiency in German and English

Optional:

  • You have several years of experience scaling an early-stage tech startup in an extremely high-growth environment
  • You have very good knowledge of enterprise software / SaaS
