TradeLink is a remote-first company that provides a collaborative logistics platform called TradeLink. We simplify B2B shipment collaboration for mid-sized businesses. Our open layer connects users, assets, and systems in shared shipment processes, offering simple workflow tools to all participants. We foster collaboration among supply chain actors through thought leadership, fair benefit distribution, and transparent reputations.

As our Chief of Staff, you will work closely with Frederic, our CEO and Co-Founder, immersing yourself in high-level strategic initiatives and company growth efforts. This role provides a unique opportunity to drive our go-to-market strategies, lead relevant projects, and play an integral part in shaping the future of Tradelink.

  • Partner with the CEO: Play a key role in driving go-to-market strategies and contributing to the company's growth and success.
  • Lead Strategic Projects: Take ownership of critical projects and strategic initiatives that shape our business direction.
  • Engage with Leadership: Participate in high-level management and board discussions, and collaborate on topics important to our investors.
  • Represent Tradelink: Present our innovative solutions to decision-makers, showcasing the value we bring to their businesses.
  • Facilitate Deal Structuring: Serve as the primary contact for prospects during the deal structuring and negotiation phases, ensuring seamless communication and successful outcomes.
  • Craft Persuasive Proposals: Develop compelling project proposals and follow-up materials tailored for decision-makers, driving engagement and closing deals.


  • Customer-Facing Experience: Bring a background in a customer-facing role, within consultancy or logistics/supply chain management.
  • Strategic and Communicative Skills: Exhibit strong strategic thinking, communication, and presentation abilities.
  • Dedication and Curiosity: Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning, coupled with a curious mind and a drive to make impactful contributions.
  • Relationship Building: Possess a passion for cultivating relationships and persuading others, with a proven track record of winning over customers.
  • Analytical Expertise: Showcase your analytical skills, using your unique insights to drive innovation and business growth.
  • Bilingual Proficiency: Communicate fluently in both German (native-level) and English, ensuring effective interactions with diverse stakeholders.
